Sightseeing is less fun than adventures. So today, instead of sightseeing ancient Cathar monuments, cathedrals, and castles, we returned to the 'end-of-the-world' Mount Bugarach with the specific weird aim of seeing something weird. For example, strange energy, a UFO, or an alien. We did!

Of course, when psychics (or scientists!) set out to prove something, one could argue they can create the result they wanted. But I'd argue that today we really did see something weird. :-)

As my friend drove towards Mount Bugarach, and it came into view, I half closed my eyes. Psychic readers will know half-closed eyes diffuses elements in your vision that could confuse. It allows one to focus on a specific point of vision more easily.

Right there, in front of my eyes, was the first weird happening. Rising from the top right hand peak was a black stream of 'energy'. I turned away and blinked, thinking my vision was 'wrong'. I refocussed with half-closed eyes. The black stream of energy was still there! I repeated the process of turning away and blinking four times. Black still streamed from that peak.     

My friend drove on as I explained my vision until the black disappeared - and was replaced by rising streams of white light. Looking away and blinking did not stop that vision either! The streams of white were huge. 

Soon after, the streams of white returned to black. Straight black lines of energy rose high into the sky.

Closer to the mountain, we stopped the car, and my friend looked too. The black and white sky streams disappeared. 

If you look at a person or object in a certain way, sometimes you can see a thin, surrounding white light. You can see this white light around plants, trees, or even the horizon. It's simply seeing the innate energy of that subject emanating  a little outside it.

I'd never seen the type of energy before, given out by Mount Bugarach today. No surrounding white light at all. Instead, there was a strange bright blue glow!

The fun thing is, my friend had never, ever, seen any type of aura. And she saw this bright blue glow too, exactly in the places I saw it! She was shocked!

The blue was beautiful. In a large dip towards the top left of the mountain top, the blue started to expand. My friend was startled. She hadn't expected to see anything at all, let alone exactly the same thing as me!

The blue got bigger, and bigger, filling the dip. It shone brightly. It was in distinct contrast to the bright blue sky. The sky was "normal" bright blue. This was a distinct glow, an effervescent, fluorescent light. 

From the top right of the dip, above a peak, came a yellowy-green sphere of light. There was no distinct shape, just a sphere of light. It sort of hovered above the peak for a few minutes, then suddenly there was a rainbow-type flash and it disappeared! Phew!

Over to the right where I'd seen the rising black and white energies, many black and white stripes of different thicknesses rose vertically a few hundred metres into the sky. The nearest thing to describe it was a bar code. That was a factual analogy. But who knows, maybe bar codes are used by alien life forces? Now that would be fun! :-)

So many more weird things happened. Too many... 

So I'll blog about them all tomorrow. 

That's if nothing weirder happens today... :-)

Travelling from the beautiful French farmhouse and gardens of my hostess in Alaigne, to near-desolate Bugarach where the end of the world will happen in December this year is a weird experience. The long drive passes ravishing rivers and gorgeous gorges galore. But, suddenly, a few kilometres from Bugarach, the enchanting energy changes.

"Can you feel that?" asked Kathy.

Strangely, I had. The beautiful feeling had gone, and Kathy and I felt the change simultaneously, as if a huge dead aura hung over the area around Bugarach.

Mount Bugarach is said to house aliens, and a gateway to another world. It is thought to have inspired Jules Verne's Journey to the Centre of the Earth and Steven Spielberg's Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Countless 'sightings' and photographs over many years add to the mystique. 

Over 100,000 people may come to the mountain soon. For example American travel agents have offered special, one-way deals to witness the end of the world. And a neighbouring village, Saint-Paul de Fenouillet, has produced a wine to celebrate the occasion. 

The odd thing is that there's no immediate sign of anyone interested in the end of the world anywhere. Maybe it's because Jean-Pierre Delord, the mayor of Bugarach, has asked the French government to scramble the army to prevent mass suicide. Maybe the armies already been here, and moved people on?

When "the end of the world comes this year", many believe Bugarach will be the only place to survive. It doesn't feel like it though, when you enter the tiny village of a few dozen houses. It feels like here, the end of the world has already come. 

It was about 2pm, but unlike hearing song birds and wild life at the farmhouse, there was less sound here than in a graveyard. It was eerily silent and still. No movement, no sound...

We expected to see "New Age" travellers staring at Mount Bugarach that towers a short distance away. Or hippies selling end of the world souvenirs. Nothing...

So we walked around, innocently taking photos of the village and mountain. Innocent until we viewed the photos back at the farmhouse. 

I took three shots of the nearest thing I could find to a happy hippy home. Two were normal. One showed large see-through orbs! If you look closely, you can see the orb includes purple and green lines... 

And I took shots of the village. All were normal except one of the church - that showed orbs too! 

The point to make here is that I take thousands of photographs. I've only ever captured orbs once before, of a sacred mountain in Sedona USA, near a Native American Indian burial ground. Like yesterday, I'd taken two shots of the sacred mountain, within seconds of each other. One was normal, the other was covered in orbs!

Whatever you think of orbs, the fact that pictures taken within seconds of each other can show orbs or not is a strange phenomena. Perhaps, just perhaps, something alien revealed itself to us yesterday? 

Angels have historical significance in art. It's almost as if one could track the rise of consciousness in a civilisation by when they painted angels. Currently our world is experiencing another gentle explosion in angelic understanding. And as usual that includes an increase in angelic art.

Yesterday I visited the most beautiful art gallery I've ever seen. 

"Galerie des Anges" is in Alet les Bains. If ever you're in South West France, and need an uplifting, inspiring experience, here it is! Lorraine Coffey, the Irish artist, looks like an angel herself. Her vision through her work is to inspire, uplift, and bring comfort. 

Paintings are all of angels, performing their tasks to help humanity. For example the Angel of Love is shown sharing LOve, the Angel of Peace shares Peace, and the Angel of Abundance shares that energy. A brief inspirational piece of writing is beside each painting. 

You can sit in the gallery, and meditate in front of the angel and writing you need to help your life that day. Tears fell from some of the visitors. I didn't offer help. The angels already had.

It's a good place to have this gallery. The area is beautiful, but has negative history that still needs healing. French people who supported the German invasion in World War 2 are still ostracised nowadays. Angels spreading their wings of love are just what this area needs. 

The Queen of Denmark visited and was so delighted, she's funding this exhibition to open in Jutland, Denmark. Jutland is where Hitler had a bunker, so perhaps angels are needed there too.

People travel from around the world to this gallery. But of course, they're people interested in angels. 

This gallery should be in New York, Paris or London, attracting the masses who don't believe in angels but follow art. Many would be desperate for help in their lives. Unknowingly, they also may then be positively touched by the presence of highest angels.  

I've done some pretty weird things, but today was one of the weirdest. Certainly when I woke up in France I didn't expect to teach a raw beginner in Canada via Skype how to heal his pet guinea pig named Michael Jackson who had just had a heart attack. 

It was weirder because each time I taught important bits, like "This is how to feel for a negative energy spot," or "This is how to increase amplitude," he'd say, "I must turn the oven on to heat", or ""Give me a moment to pop the pizza in the oven!"

Animal healing is often easier than healing people. Perhaps animals don't have the innate scepticism of humans. Palliative care, including healing pain, is easier with animals than humans - much science says healing helps palliative care...

I remember amazing animal successes like a large 6-year old dog whose joints had gone. It crawled on it's "knees and elbows", and was due to be put down in two days. After one session it was running around again.

And I remember an elephant in the Welsh Mountain Zoo was due to be put down due to a foot problem that vets couldn't heal. One of my students asked me how she could help. She cured the elephant, and it wasn't put down. 

Guinea pigs are tiny, so need tiny amounts of energy. I suggested 5 or 10 minutes, with a break for 1-2 hours to let the energies integrate. Then to increase to 10 or 15 minutes if needed. 

Many more suggestions, and half an hour of crash course basic tuition later, I asked "How do you feel about trying to heal Michael later?" 

"Fine," came the confident reply. "I've friends coming to share pizza. I'll teach them to heal Michael too."

I didn't disagree. Whether this raw beginner healer helps or not, we'll soon find out. The essence of what we do as healers is mind-bogglingly simple. "But," I explained, "I'll teach your friends fuller information when we meet. It takes much learning to be professional."

If you have a spare prayer, perhaps Michael Jackson, the guinea pig, would appreciate it?

From the solitary house where I stay in Alaigne, the nearest village is on a mountaintop, a short 5 minute drive. No other nearby mountain top offers food or drinks. This has a restaurant, La Galloise, serving Welsh food and music. 

The Welsh Nationalist owners, try to convert local French people to their Gaelic ways. Lynne wears a 'cariad', a heart locket made from Welsh gold. Even the menu is Welsh, including Welsh Beetroot Soup from Barry Island, and Welsh Dragon Salad. A bit cheeky - France is soooo patriotic over its own cooking. 

Everyone enjoys the Welsh village atmosphere, and Welsh musicians. Happy al fresco dining in the warm summer air included discussing the spirits and ghosts seen by diners. 

One lady had a female spirit in her house. It only appeared after her house was "cleansed of spirits" by a medium. Not long after, the TV kept going silent, as a smell of rotting seeds appeared in the room with the apparition. 

A man had seen or felt many ghosts. Twice he ran away from graveyards, frightened by what he saw or felt.

A woman was hit behind the legs and pushed downstairs twice by the evil spirit of a previous male owner of her property, who hadn't wanted to leave. 

It was and interesting evening, not the least because over the next two days I saw one of these 'ghosts' too! 

The next day, standing in a garden near some steps, I felt electrical sensations enter me. The tingling stayed in me, a negative, threatening tingle. I waited for about 30 seconds, feeling horrible sensations, checking if the sensations were of 'me' - or not. They were not of my body. Something, some spirit had entered me - and tried to push me down steps.

I remembered the spirit that pushed the lady downstairs. Resistance... After I'd felt it for long enough, I released it. It felt like a negative spirit energy. Spirit release therapy helped it to its appropriate Light. Hopefully the spirit will now be happier, and the landowner will not be pushed downstairs again.

That evening we sat under the gazebo by the pool, eating home-made English fruit and Victoria sponge cakes. The evening was as warm and as still as a dying person. Suddenly Kathy and I smelled the most beautiful smell you can imagine, like a bunch of hand-picked wild flowers. It was strong, overpowering, and wafted around for about a minute.

Kathy had never sensed it before. Nothing in her garden had that smell. The beautiful smell disappeared as fast as it came. But before it disappeared, I saw the beautiful figure of female goddess. It was as if she'd come to replace the negative spirit, to stop it pushing anyone downstairs, to provide good high vibes to the garden from now on. 

With all the stories of ghosts and spirits local villagers have seen, it seems I might be busy here...

At last, there's time to blog. I'll catch up a bit more later after my lecture about angelic souls... 

Years ago, Kathy, one of students, was so grateful I'd helped her resolve her abusive relationship, she offered me her house, tennis courts and pool in the South of France to stay in each summer she was away. I never could. But this year, when Kathy asked me to lecture in her home in the South of France, I said yes. 

A shock came at Carcassonne, France airport. It was a different Kathy!! Gosh. Who would have thought I had two English students named Kathy, both living in the South of France with tennis courts and pool! 

Luckily we got on well. :-)

Kathy's 'house' is like a very long two-story farmhouse, set by itself in a green valley near wooded mountains. It's said to have the purest air in Europe. To give an idea how remote it is, it's 32 kilometres from the nearest McDonalds. Hooray! 

Kathy's home is also her dream. She intends to run it as a healing and therapy retreat centre, cooking traditional local dishes from foods from local earth. She wants to show guests how to live off the land, and use local plants to heal themselves too.    

Perhaps she's unconsciously helping her land prolong its history. Ruins in the grounds are where a previous order of nuns lived. Apparently they also used their (now ruined) building as a healing centre, and taught visitors how to use herbs to heal! 

A circle of "sitting stones" by the ruins adds to the mystical air. One could easily imagine nuns and their converts sitting to meditate or pray in a circle! In fact, judging from the atmospheric feelings, they might still... :-)

Interestingly (if that's the right word?) the French government has warned that, due to predictions the world will end on Dec 21 this year, there may be mass suicides in nearby Bugarach. 

Many cults say Bugarach is the only place that will survive the apocalypse. So people have rushed to Bugarach and the rocky outcrop of Pic de Bugarach to join cults as converts to be saved when the end of the world comes.

A French government watchdog, Miviludes, is monitoring the suicide risk and "suspicious spiritual activities". The President of Miviludes, Georges Fenech, said: 

"I think we need to be careful. We shouldn't get paranoid, but when you see what happened at Waco in the United States, we know this kind of thinking can influence vulnerable people." (80 people died in Waco, Texas, in 1993)

Bugarach has been thought of for a long time as being magical. 

The local population of 200 claim their mountain is upside down - the top layers of rock are older than lower layers. Some believe it conceals a base for aliens. Others believe it conceals an underground gateway to another world.

During adventures in Carcassonne, I'll visit this upside down mountain, a cult or two, and try to find the alien base :-)

Then if the world hasn't ended, I'll write about it, just for you.  

Further to my blog post yesterday, about curing 4 patients who each had over 50 mental and emotional problems...
Here's a letter from last week's patient...

Dear Allan

Thank you for, I think, curing me of my 54 emotional problems! Here are a few short paragraphs about how your therapies helped me.

I had some unresolved problems which followed me around for years, some for over 30 years. Some were from a horribly abusive relationship. I felt that these problems blocked how I wanted to live my life. They stopped me moving forward. So I asked Allan for therapy.

First, I had to write an ESL - an "Emotional Shopping List" - a list of all my problems I'd like resolved. I was surprised there were over 30. Allan said, "That's not enough, there's probably more." And there were! Lots more. Traumatic events I'd forgotten, but that I found gave me bad feelings and emotions as soon as I remembered them.

I then had to number them, 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. I was a bit shocked when I counted I'd had 54 horrid things that had happened to me, and that I still felt emotionally bad about them, even though I'd been to group therapy.  

Allan seemed pleased. He said he'd had other patients recently with over 50 different problems too, and they had also received psychological therapies that hadn't worked, but that he'd sorted those people. He was confident I'll be OK after his therapies as well. 

As I had so many problems, Allan thought SCREEN THERAPY might be the first of his therapies to try to help. 

I was asked to think about the first problem on the list. I had to "tune in" deeply, thinking of the situation, the surroundings I was in, the people there, how we interacted, body language, and words. 

As I tuned in to the first problem, the more I focussed, the stronger I felt the emotion about that situation. After a short while, Allan asked me to tell him what the emotion was, and give it a score out of 10, with ten being the worst, and 1 being nothing. As a scientist, I understand quantitative data. I felt anxiety quite bad so it was a score of 8. 

I then scored the rest of the 54 problem-related emotions (sad, angry, miserable, anxious, etc) out of 10.

It often astonishes me how many negative emotional and mental issues patients have. Some patients seem to collect them. They go through life, allowing events to create 'bad' emotions for them, and do nothing about it. 

Until one day, they're ill, for example with cancer, weight problems, or extreme emotions.

Recently, four of my patients each had negative emotions from over 50 different past events. Two had cancer, the other two both had weight problems, and outbursts of emotion. All four believed the problems were triggered by emotional or mental traumatic events that were unresolved.

There's science on this. Botterelli was the scientist who first identified that ill-health can develop within 2 to 5 years of a traumatic event. His wife told me. She was my very first patient!

The point is this. All four patients had previously undergone orthodox psychological therapies. One cancer patient, a well-known actress with a famous actor father, had received psychotherapy and psychology for 23 years, and thought she'd been 'cured' of every trauma. She only wanted me to cure the cancer, and stop it coming back. 

But... When we assessed her life's traumas, despite 23 years of orthodox therapy, she still had extreme emotions attached to all of them! Psychotherapy etc had helped make a logical sense of everything, but her logic had not resolved the emotional energy which was still inside her, causing unconscious havoc.

Research shows cancer and other conditions improve if emotions are healed!

In my clinics, I use 15 different therapies to target 15 different psychological conditions. These include depression, sadness, anger, fear of the future, grief, anxiety, etc. My first choice therapy for patients with over 50 emotional/mental problems is SCREEN. 

It's the first choice for this type of case because 

Please do not panic. Harold Camping says the world will end on Saturday 18th August 2012 at 6PM. Oh, hang on a minute. That was yesterday! 

It's not surprising the end of the world did not happen. Camping also wrongly predicted the end of the world as Sep1994, then May 2011, then Oct 2011 !

Why do people believe countless end of the world predictions based on a vision, numerology, or the Bible? 
* 2nd century - Montanus said the end of the world was near. He had a prophetess on each arm - Maximilla and Priscilla who both left their husbands to join him.
* 1524 - Johannes Stoeffler, a respected German scholar, predicted a global flood. Boat builders became rich building arks. Von Iggleheim refused to let people onto his ark, so they panicked and killed him. 
* 1996 - astronomist Chuck Shramek's photo of comet Hale-Bopp, 'showed' a UFO behind the comet. 39 people committed suicide. But two astronomers from the University of Hawaii had altered the photo. 
* 2060 - Isaac Newton predicted the apocalypse will happen. Ha! We can enjoy life for 48 more years :-)

Yes I accept your points, and will state to all that I was in the wrong.
Regarding the fish and chips "conspiracy", I was told that by a restaurant owner, and I accepted his word.  As for the coffins, I was told that by two different people.  This doesn't mean I have some excuse.  It turns out I was mistaken, and am glad nothing happened.
I happily stand corrected and accept the responsibility for being wrong.

Chinese whispers occur in all things, especially with conspiracy theorists who distort as much as they can to support their paranoid agendas.  
May I suggest it's better in future that you become more positive? If something bad happens, let it happen in retrospect. Don't try to bring evil about quicker  by focussing your thoughts and intention on negatives. 
The more positive you are, the more healing you'll give out to the world. And the more the world will be a better place.
