At UK's Stansted airport, before going through X-ray, I stood by a table where passengers left non-allowable liquids. Since a terrorist tried to destroy a plane in mid-air by mixing chemicals together from bottles in his hand luggage, all liquids must be 50 ml maximum and fit in one small see-through plastic bag.

So perhaps it was not surprising that a man rushed over, placed two brand-new boxed jars of anti-wrinkle night cream on the table with receipt, and rushed to the X-ray. Maybe he had no space in his plastic bag, I thought. But I do. They look expensive and will make good presents.

As the saying goes, 'God giveth'.

Through the X-ray, in W H Smiths duty free store, one book described latest Ebook publishing methods. At £6.99 you can always learn. At the till, the assistant said, "Sorry, we can't take card today."

"Could you take plastic instead?" I joked.

"We can't take card today," he repeated seriously.

"It was a joke," I smiled. "Card and plastic are different materials. So I asked if you'd take plastic instead of card."

"I never joke with customers. The last time I did, the guy took it the wrong way and I ended up with this." His brow creased into a deep frown as he pointed to a scar near his eye.

"That's awful." I replied, sending healing energy for his obvious trauma.  "I always joke."

"You're kind," he said, without smiling. He scanned the price of the book as healing energy soaked into his being.

"It's your lucky day," he said suddenly. "You get this book for free."

I accepted, puzzled. Was the £6.99 book really free that day? Or had he given me the book for being kind about the being punched? Or had healing his trauma with energy had an unexpected consequence?

Whatever, as the saying goes, 'God giveth'.

Waiting for the plane, early morning frost outside was replaced by glinting sun. The cold airport lounge heated up. I placed my warm knitted jacket over my luggage to buy some water. When I turned back, the jacket had gone, stolen.

Oh well, I thought, I hope someone needs it. The value of the anti-wrinkle creams and book was about the same as the jacket. God giveth and God taketh away.

Synchronicity is a number of uncommon things that happen unexpectedly in fast succession. Uncommonly this week, four people with books inside them unexpectedly popped from their covers to portray to me their plots.

It's said everyone has a book inside them. The problem is, most cannot plan a book, let alone write or publish. They stumble in their darkness of lack of writing knowledge, perhaps starting to write, then stopping when they realize they have no writing training. They fumble with lack of ability to plan or self-critique. I used to. It's normal.

It's not normal though for four people to open their hearts and trust someone with their book ideas. It's an honor. It's always an honor to be trusted, but to be trusted with seedling works of art is more so, because of natural fear of theft of copyright.

So due to copyright, I can't explain the books' detailed contents. Interestingly though, all four books are on healing cures, from different angles. As my passion is to cure problems doctors can't, I was excited to help.

My previous blog mentioned two prospective authors - a healer and a born-again Christian. I met both this week.

The healer's natural gifts are powerful. He told stories of instant cures, of a long-term sick girl in a bar cured in seconds. Her entire face looked different after, like a different child. Her parents thanked him profusely, as he dealt with the queue of interest in the bar. That's how it is with instant cures of tough conditions. Troubled, pained expressions are smoothed and calmed in moments. He told wonderful stories, excellent material for a book. Doctors don't have answers to everything. The world needs to know such cures are possible.

I met the born-again Christian again on Sunday. He also told marvelous stories of how Jesus helps his healing gifts. One of his gifts are to see. For example, seeing black spots on arthritic knuckles, praying for the blackness to go, seeing it leave, and leaving the woman cured. He wants to write how Jesus heals through him. Doctors can't help everything. The world needs to know such cures are possible.

On Saturday, Janice said now is her time. Her healing and therapy centre in Barbados has recently taken off. She used Reiki to cure a local doctor of a long-term condition. The doctor was so shocked she didn't have to suffer any more, the doctor asked Janice to teach her Reiki. Janice mentioned other cures she's achieved. "Has any healer in Barbados," I asked, "written a book on their healing cures?" They hadn't, so I suggested Janice be the first. "If now is your time," I suggested, "it's time to write a book of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual cures. The book will give you credibility with other doctors." Doctors can't help everything. The world needs to know such cures are possible.

The fourth book was from Mark in Mexico. "It's amazing the cures we get for ADHD children," I said. "Your PhD research with my therapies showed 90.9% success within three weeks. Surely there's no better therapy for ADHD in the world." Mark agreed, and will write a book with me, showing parents how to help their children. Doctors can't help everything. The world needs to know such cures are possible.

So I'll support four authors with books on their version of healing cures. The point it, they do work. There are countless research studies showing how effective healing is. In doctors' surgeries, healers help 72% of patients doctors can't help.

Doctors can't help everything. The world needs to know such cures are possible.

A snapshot of a day can never do a lifetime justice, but hey ho, here's a snapshot of my day today.

So much happens most days, it's easy to overlook events, and be too "matter-of-fact". Today, an email written to a friend explaining my day today seemed appropriate for this blog. Lives are about helping others...

So here's three "helping others" things for today...

1. Help for poor people
Today I'm clearing cupboards, drawers and wardrobes etc to give stuff to poor people who can't afford things. So far, there are five full sacks of very nice things that I don't really need. I usually advertise on a site called "Freegle". Poor people post free ads for what they need, and richer people post ads for nice stuff to give away free. No traders, just free giveaways to help those in need. I've given away £1,000's over the past few years. It's not all mine. Sometimes a tenant leaves one of my properties, but doesn't take their belongings. So I give it to poor people. Last year, one tenant left roller blades, Rayban sunglasses, and other quality goods that filled 35 sacks!!! It was worth lots of money, but hey, I like giving to help poor people. You should see people's happy smiles when they get something nice for free that they could not have afforded to buy.

2. Help for sick friends
The rest of today I'm helping two friends who are unwell. One has depression, the other has pain from an injury. Sometimes, I'd rather help others than be helped myself. For example, if I have a flu, I just get over it myself. It's comforting and warming to accept help, but I'd rather no-one worries themselves over me for minor things. But if someone else is ill, I'm there as fast as possible, and as long as needed. My deep desire is to help others, or relieve their suffering. So if someone's ill, they can rely on me to support or do whatever they need to make them comfortable and help them return to good health.

3. Help for hopeful authors
Readers will have their gifts that can help others. As one of my gifts is writing, this evening I'm attending a writers' group. It's a professional group, for existing or potential published authors. I've invited a man I met recently, who said many people suggest he write a book on his scientific and mystical ideas on life, the universe and everything.
I've offered to help him write his book. Normal such charges elsewhere are £1,000 for guidance from start to finish, to £5,000 - 20,000 if the book was written for him. But he's a poor guy, doing house clearances with a van, so I'll help him for free. I hope his book will make him lots of money to help his life, and give him prestige and other benefits.

I've invited a second man to the writers' group too. We met at a local church. After the service he said he wished to write a book on his 'strange' experiences of healing through the power of god. Such as when he placed his hands on a sick person to pray, and the person suddenly shot about 10 feet away from him, as if pushed hard. But he hadn't pushed at all, let alone hard enough to push the person 10 feet backwards. The person was cured. I've offered to help him write his book too. No charge - we met after he'd prayed in church!

Both men's books combine science and mystic experiences. Right up my street! When we have a gift, and opportunities to help others knocks at our door, we should answer the calls for help. If they work 2 hours a week for three months, their books will be ready for a publisher's decision.

I don't usually moralize on these blogs. But just for today, could you help others in three ways?
1. Could you give something to poorer people?
2. Could you help someone, a little more, who you know is sick?
3. Could you use one of your gifts to help someone in need?

All this might seem a lot of work. But it doesn't take much time if you work fast, and don't waffle when helping or teaching someone. Then everything always seems quick and easy.

Well, there you are. A little about my day :-))
How about yours?

Most testimonials and thank yous that arrive weekly, are responded to and filed, but not usually shared openly. A few are popped onto "KIND WORDS" on this site. This morning, this sweet testimonial arrived via my angel website, www.angelsonearth.info

Perhaps you'll see why I'd love to share it?

The lady had bought my book, Angels on Earth, and wrote,

"... read it cover to cover. It was like eating my fill of chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven. Thank you for blessing me."

Regular readers who know my love of chocolate, will appreciate how much I loved her chocolate chip analogy! :-)

Michelle Roberts, Health Editor of BBC News Online, published an article today showing exercising in your 70s 'may stop brain shrinkage'. In the Journal, Neurology, Edinburgh University experts say exercise also stops signs of ageing connected to dementia.

People over 70 who were more physically active had more matter in parts of the brain where messages originate - and more matter in the brain's wiring that transmits messages round the brain,

Strenuous exercise is not needed - it's enough to walk several times a week. The FREE exercise program, Tri-Dynamics can easily be used at home, and takes only minutes day to exercise most muscles in the body.

But doing mind workouts, tricky crosswords, socialising, or reading had little impact.

Head of research at Alzheimer's Research UK, Dr Simon Ridley, said: "This study links physical exercise to fewer signs of ageing in the brain. Exercise in middle age can lower the risk of dementia later in life." So Tri Dynamics could help middle-aged persons too...

Age UK provided funding for the research. Head of research, Prof James Goodwin, said, "It really is never too late to benefit from exercise. It is crucial that, those of us who can, get active as we grow older."

Get active, and get friends and relatives active where possible.

Findings are good news because Tri Dynamics exercise is something you can easily do to boost your health in just a few minutes a day...

Writing about angels for a new book, is always a happy time. I was sitting, pondering on the first chapter, a follow-up of my first book "Angels on Earth".

"Angelic energy provides electric warmth," I thought. "There's no need for autumnal heating bills, when angels are around." :-)

Ponderings on angels' souls, love, and spirituality made me stare at the ceiling, to unfocus from human life, and tune in to angelic wavebands. The energy increased. Channelling to help the angel book's writing felt closer. And closer.

Suddenly my stare felt broken, as if I had to look out of the window. There in the blue, near-cloudless sky, were these angel's wings!

I dashed for the camera. By the time this photo was taken, a few minutes had passed, and wisps of angelic cloud had started to float away.

Of course, this might have been coincidence. But coming at the time it did, just as I focussed on the first chapter of a new angel book?

Sometimes, miracles occur when we least expect it. Signs from 'above' should be gratefully acknowledged that maybe, perhaps, we are on the right path?

Olympics - someone will win soon...
The British Olympics is now over, but there's an Olympic analogy for those who wish to "relieve suffering", or "make a difference"...

"Helping the world" is like becoming an Olympian - it's a tough feat of dedication and endurance. You could fail in many ways. But if you win, rewards are worth their weight in gold.

For many years I worked 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. Life was dedicated to relieve physical, emotional, mental, and soul suffering one-to-one in clinics, or to teach others in groups how to do the same. And to practice and teach therapies, and psychic and spiritual subjects. Everything aimed to "relieve suffering, or "make a difference"...

Life was ultra busy, but felt fun and easy-peasy.
* Four secretaries, two housekeepers, and many support staff helped tens of thousands of patients and students.
* Residential Centres in Margate and London, saw people from most countries on Earth arrive sad and leave smiling.
* Requests came to open clinics and teaching centres across the globe - many still operate.

People asked how I could work so hard, why I didn't tire. Others tried to persuade me to holiday, to care for myself, to have personal fun.

Dedication to helping others is like Olympians. If you win, if you cure cancer, severe pain, depression, or a life-time of suffering... if you help students open clinics or teaching centres to help countless others... if you win, money is not important, but rewards are worth their weight in gold.

This is written because I've just had time out for myself. Not helping others felt strange, like not winning gold, like coming last in every race. But critical needs included property renovation, resolution of side effects of a drug a doctor gave me, huge family challenges, and so on. Then, for a change, to holiday in Scotland, and for the Olympics.

Perhaps it's a bit like when Olympians retire too early for personal reasons. People complain they should continue.

So I've had "complaints" I should have helped patients, such as a lady's pain (she's phoned every day, starting when I was in Scotland). Or I should have taught students Reiki (many students are waiting to study with me). Or I should have written or published more books (people are waiting for books as far afield as Sweden, UK, Hong Kong, and Australia).

I also complain about myself! :-)
I could have followed up requests to teach in France, Greece, USA etc quicker. They'll still happen - it'll just take longer. For me, that means allowing suffering to exist longer too. :-(

People are quick to complain (even me about myself) and slow to praise. If there were less complaints and more praise within inter-personal relationships, the world would be a happier place.

There's a common saying, "Life is about balance". Yesterday balance came in two emails thanking me for my work.

I trust that you doing great sharing the Light and Love around you - as you have always done! Thank you again for being my Reiki Teacher!!!! That did change my life! (In ultra-positive ways.) Ula, Reiki Master, Poland

"Allan was my second Reiki teacher. To this day, he is still a great inspiration for me. If you are looking for a Reiki teacher or healing practitioner, Allan is as good as you can ever get. I have known a number of different Reiki teachers and have taught over a hundred students myself over the years. Allan always goes above and beyond what you can learn from other teachers, not to mention that he is FUN at the same time. His healing and psychic ability never ceases to amaze me. Most importantly, Allan is a true embodiment of the universal LOVE and healing energy. He has greatly accelerated my spiritual development through his teaching, advice, and examples. I cannot recommend him enough to any serious (or not so serious but fun-loving) spiritual seekers."
Gloria Chan, ex-Chief Inspector of Police at Royal Hong Kong Police

Like the Olympic analogy, to "make a difference helping the world" is like becoming an Olympian - it's a tough feat of dedication and endurance. I, like others, fail in many ways. But if we win, rewards are not monetary, but are worth their weight in gold.

Dinner in London at Garfunkel's famous self-service Salad Bar is worth photographing, on and off the plate. Vitamins and minerals missing from normal diets are easily topped up!

Today I met Marco, a gorgeous young man in his late 20s. A few years ago, I taught Reiki to him and his friends Daniel and Salvatore. Out of my thousands of students they were a memorable highlight. They had rare beauty, honour, intellect, and love for such young men.

"I'd like to teach Reiki," Marco said, in his usual humble manner.

"Why?"

"Because I'm taking a year out from work as a schoolteacher to travel around South America. I'd love to teach Reiki in Ashrams and help people I meet."

"Excellent reason to learn. Third World Countries need much help."

We discussed the benefits of Reiki, from relieving pain and emotions, to curing, to helping someone shift along a positive life path.

"You'll need to help your students after you leave. To provide adequate knowledge, ability and support, by phone or email."

"I hadn't thought of support after I leave. I may not have time to fit that in my life."

Marco can do so much good for the people's in South America. Oh well, here goes, let's hope I have time... "Perhaps I can help. I'm your lineage Reiki Master. So, 1., you could give your students my details... 2., you could contact me if you can't cope or help enough... 3., you could ensure all students increase their knowledge and use my 500 page Reiki 1 Manual, to become more professional. The online download Manual can help them when you've left."

"Hard copies are better for making notes in."

"I could post hard copies if needed. And finally, 4., I can offer you my Reiki 1 Course Syllabus. It's a 70-page document on what to teach on Reiki Level 1, including topic teaching styles needed, references to the Reiki 1 Manual, and timings for each teaching section. It's simple to follow. Everything's organised for you."

"Sounds good. One lady at work thinks that after my year out I won't return to school. She said I'll find something more fulfilling along the way. When can I learn how to be a Reiki Master?"

I know countless people who believe they are angels, and countless more who have seen, heard, felt or experienced angels. At last someone has written about the subject.
http://netowne.com/angels-christian/angels/encounters.htm
Emma Heathcote says, people from all faiths and background experience angels. But they're often afraid to discuss angels, even with their spouse. Emma says,

"Many people have written saying that I’m the first person they’ve told, or it’s only me and their husband they’ve told. People ask me not to mention their name because if anyone found out they’d be completely ridiculed. So its quite a big step for some people to write them down."

Imagine how much more difficult it could be for some who know they have wings, to say so openly.

That's why I give talks about Angels on Earth in public - but have groups of Angels in Earth in private. It gives real angelic souls a chance to discuss their lives, and to share their angelic love, only with other angelic souls, in safety.

Last night in Los Angeles my lecture, a story titled Angels on Earth, attracted people interested in angels. But not everyone is an angel, even if they're interested or seem to be...

For example, some people are just so genetically nice, with genes that produce such love, they seem like an angel.  But they're not angels, they're just genetically nice loving people.

And some people do good works in the world due to upbringing or human nature, so seem like an angel. But they're not angels - they're just doing good works as a kind human being.

Such people were present at the lecture last night. They heard the same story as others who are angels, but could not make sense of the story. The innate inner energy of their lives is different to that of angels.

But for those who are Angels on Earth, the lecture was one of beauty and happiness, tears, anger and sadness, or uncontrollable laughter of bliss. Emotions rose with remembrance of the space of ideal love, beauty, perfection and oneness they came from, but can't find on Earth.

Those people knew each other's energies. They've had similar life experiences, without understanding their lives, and the story I told of their lives made sense of their lives.

Here's a few writings after the lecture...

Julie
"I feel at peace. Validated on my own soul's journey, and the work I will be doing here to help in the evolution of the human race. I never felt comfortable in my body... but I am learning to more and more. Spiritual growth / learning in this life has always had the sense of remembering what I already know... and have always known... intrinsic truths at the soul level of who I really am. Thank you for being a guide and teacher to me on this journey - I can't wait to see where it leads next! :-)"

Anthony
"I felt understood. So many of the steps of life made sense and my journey was clarified. The story mapped out a life path that resonated deeply with me. From before birth to my current stage, it spoke to not just the similarities in my experiences, but to the 'whys' of everything I'd been through. I'm eager to read the book (Angels on Earth) and discover more about these truths."

Dianna
"The story was relevant to me for several reasons. I always felt 'different' from others around me and never really understood why. I knew things from an early age - about feeling. I would always ask people if they could feel 'the love' in everything that I felt. But most didn't or really just didn't understand what I was talking about. I always put all my love into everything, and it was just that way. The guided meditation helped me to understand why I felt this way - and where it came from. I understand more about my purpose for life on Earth. Although some aspects of understanding brought our feelings of anger, it all made sense and gave me a peaceful feeling that everything was OK. Now I can move forward at ease. This was a beautiful and very unexpected experience. I look forward to learning more, and helping others."

And so on. After, those who felt it right stayed behind and discussed starting the first group in Los Angeles only for real Angels on Earth.

The group will a) support members on the 'lower levels' of the angelic pathway, to relieve their suffering, and enhance their lives. And b) help angels on higher platforms achieve their soul job to help humanity quicker, easier, and above all, bigger than they might have done otherwise.

If all goes well, Los Angeles will soon become an even more beautiful place.
