Today I was moved by a Mexican doctor friend, Dr Pepe Valencia. He's brilliant, published 8 books, been a celebrity TV doctor. He emailed his list to express his concern for the plight of the elderly.
It moved me so much, I translated it as an article, now on this site under "Articles".
