So it's rather like an agreed contract. The scroll confirms the angel will protect and perfect something that is urgent and important. I mention this because of something I witnessed yesterday.
A video showed a lady crying out to 32,000 people at a meeting. Call the lady gifted, psychic, prophetic (or if you're a sceptic something else!). She saw a huge angel descend through the ceiling into the room. When the angel's head just touched the ceiling, she/he/it unfurled a scroll. The lady called out the words. The message was long, but here's the gist...
"Terrible dangers for Earth were about to come true. But God heard the voices of those doing good. Angels have been sent to protect Earth from this danger. This, our scroll, is our contract. Instead of death and destruction, there will come times of peace. We angels will start in one country. Our love will spread to the world through the blessings carried by humans. Please do your part of the contract like we do ours. Think and act in goodness and all will find more love."

The strange thing is, I've heard of angels appearing to groups before. They have on my classes!
It's an incredible thing when a number of people all see exactly the same thing, in the same part of the room. When many people see the same size of angel, with the same shape to their wings, and same colours on the scroll, it's truly awe-inspiring.
